Hi. Coffee doesn’t cause mouth ulcer. But taking too hot liquids will be harmful to oral mucosa. Of ulcer is persistent then better to consult oncologist and undergo biopsy.

This looks like leukoplakia (white patch). It is premalignant lesion. Any change in size, colour can suggest cancer so keep a watch. Any history of tobacco consumption then quit immediately

Picture is not clear to comment exactly on the ulcer type. Coffee as such do not cause ulcer. If size increases or the lesion is persist ,better to meet surgical oncologist n get biopsy from the lesion

It looks like apthous ulcer(mouth ulcer) only. Chronic coffee consumption will not increase risk of cancer. Mouth ulcer may be stress, vitamin deficiency, gastritis related. Nothing to worry
