I don't know what i have.
The house is hot, i went out to go pick up my grandma about an hour ago. I came back and i felt like vomiting. I went to the restroom and i threw up. My hands and feet started sweating. Then my hands started to shake. Now my whole body is shaking. I had shortness of breath before i threw up.
