I don’t know if I’m pregnant

I had sex on oct 11th, I took a morning after pill on the 13th and that day I felt really woozy and I threw up now a week later I been feeling nauseous and feel like I’m going to throw up also I just started spotting I think but is brown discharge and cramping really bad, my period was suppose to start on the 20th this month but I didn’t get it and it’s now two days later and I’m just getting brown discharge and really bad cramps
