I didn't got my periods from 68 days

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I do have irregular periods..but not this late..I think...I got married..before 6 months..so first I thought that I m pregnant..and done a home pregnancy test..on 55th day from lmp...it showed me negative..now I got my tsh (3.43) and hba1c (5.6 % )test. It had been Normal I think..wat should I do now...I m hoping for my pregnancy..is that possible
