I didn't get periods regularly.pcod

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Since 6months i didn't get periods regularly. last 6months I have got 3times period only my last period was 12th Feb.. I was trying to conceive since 1yr.. but it was not happen. My last usg report there mentioned right Overy volume 5.4mm left Overy volume 6.7cc. Irregular follicle 1.4*1cm is seen. May suggest ruptured follicle. Both ovaries are normal size with multiple small 4-5mm follicles arranged in the periphery. mild free fluid in seen in POD. Impression.: Polycystic appearance of both ovaries. Kindly help me to get canceive :-(
