I did a USG of lower abdomen

Question

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Everything including uterus is normal. However, it says Right adnexa is bulky in size A cystic lesion with low level infernal echoes noted in right adnexa measuring 15mm * 12mm. It says hemorrhagic cyst. But also says to do bhcg to rule out ectopic pregnancy. I am scared. I took a pregnancy test it was negative and also I have been having my periods regularly just more panful than usual but that's it.
