I cant understand whether it is ear prob

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Im feel some uneazyness in my left ear from last October. i felt bleeding in internally of left side of my head near to ear.In last October i suffered of freqent strokes like fits but i didnt have fits problem from childhood and also after checkup Dr told me that there is nothing problem in u and also that is not fits symptoms. But from 1 month i feeling itching all over my body and a small shard on my left breast its soo itching and i have PCOS problem i have Varicose Veins.. i cant understand
