I am an ex suffer of sinus and now all of a sudden not all of a sudden I am unable to sleep with my back lid on the bed from many days I am sleeping reverse only but today all of a sudden I was unable to breathe its like that I fell down where I was but I am in conscious I am not getting what to do please help me
