I am three days late for my periods.

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have PCOS but still my periods have always been on time. But this time its late by 3 days. I am taking Minoz 65 mg from 5 days and before that also was on antibiotic. Also last month me and my partner tried sex for the first time, though it didnt happen. So I really want to know what could be the reason for my delayed peroid?
