It's wisdom tooth which has got decayed please visit your nearest dentist for its removal as it doesn't seem restorable. For pain relief take analgesics like divon plus .and do warm salt water gargles.for complete relief you need to get it extracted.
Your wisdom tooth is decayed and it is the reason of pain. Proper treatment is removal of that tooth by a dentist. No benefit of any procedure like rct to save the tooth. It better be removed.
For quick relief start amoxycilli 500mg + clavulonic acid 125 mg combination antibiotic two times a day. Augmentine is one of the brand for this but you can have any. Pain killer zerodol sp will b a better option three times a day and have a multi vitamin and antacid along with the above two.
The wisdom tooth or the third molar is decayed and has broken down. Removal of the tooth will relieve the pain and discomfort. Visit a dentist nearby and get it removed by a proper maxillofqcial surgeon. Don’t apply hot formentations on the cheek or tooth
