Dear Patient,  I understand how distressing severe acne and allergic reactions can be, especially when they recur unexpectedly. From your description, it seems you may be experiencing a **rebound reaction** (possibly due to medication withdrawal or an underlying trigger) or a **contact allergy** to a product/medication. Without a detailed history and clinical examination, it’s challenging to pinpoint the exact cause, but here’s what I recommend:  1. Stop any new skincare products or medications introduced recently.  2. Avoid scratching/picking to prevent scarring.  3. Use a gentle cleanser (fragrance-free) and lukewarm water until you consult a specialist.  This requires urgent evaluation as severe acne with allergic reactions can worsen without proper treatment. I specialize in such cases and can tailor a plan for your skin type.  **Please consult me directly for a detailed assessment.** You can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** for an appointment or further guidance.
