I Am suffering from piles for 1 months.
When there is swelling inside rectum there is too much pain without blood, when no swelling it is blooding without pain. I am using Anovate ointment, taking Himalya pile tablets, before sleeping in night I take Abhayarist. I am using Isabgol, and avoiding specy oily food. But problem is continues.

Pain and swelling per rectum has to examined by P/R. Blindly taking some medicines may relieve you temporarily but the disease pathology will continue.
