.Fewer bowel movements .Chest pain due to gas .Incomplete fleeing of empty stomach .Constipation gas indigestion .Sleep also disturbed due to stomach problem .Motion Thoda SA hota hai aur gas nikalta hai .din ma two to three time a day . .

Patient is suffering from Functional gastrointestinal disorder.He should recieve gastroenterologist consultation.
Next Steps
Evaluate his symptoms by doing routine investigations including blood counts,CXR, ECG to exclude any organic pathology
