I am having dizziness.
I am having dizziness. My eyes are also drowsy. and When I close my eyes they are warm. Top of head aches while coughing. checked the bp and it is 110/70. I am male of 43 years old.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Vertin16 twice a day after food for 3 days.
If it still persists then get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
Along with that also start taking tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
