I am a diabetic patient age35 suffering from balanitis, 3 months back started applying the Clop Gm Neo cream no infection now, but after sex or sperm oozed Iam getting little irritation coz the tip gland is getting inflammation & am finding difficult to get the foreskin back when pennies is erected. I am able to move it back during normal state.
