You need to visit your dentist and get scaling(oral prophylaxis) done. It will help you to maintain oral hygiene. Do 2 times brushing (Night & Morning) , tongue cleaning. Diabetic patient are more prone to gum disease, so should be more cautious about your oral health.

The first thing to do is to visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. It is cleaning of teeth to maintain healthy gums. Then maintain a good oral care regimen with twice a day brushing, flossing and mouthwash.
