I have had thyroid for long time and at times I don't take medication at regular intervals ..I used to take thryroup 25mcg ..I recently got TSH tested..I have attacted the report..Kindly suggest

TSH is still high, which means the either the dose is not enough or may be irregular intake of the medicine.

An regular exercise regime is a must for Thyroid management. 50 minutes of work out everyday is a must. Yes medicines are necessary.
