Can I eat cornflakes with milkymist tonned milk. Also I am feeling tightness in stomach near navel. Also feeling pain around navel.. is it normal or should i consult gynac?

If you have been eating Cornflakes with Milky mist toned milk when you were not pregnant then you can eat these now also. Don't start any thing new. Pain anywhere in the body is never normal. Please consult with your Gynaecologist
