I am 24weeks pregnant Dr prescribed me orofer xt and shalcal xt on alternate days is it OK to take it alternate days it is  safe for baby or I have to take it daily iron tab contain folic acid 1mg and calcium tab contain l methylfolate calcium  in it is it OK to take it daily
