-Uterine cavity polyp 2x2 cm on posterior wall -Bilateral ostia visualised
Condition at Discharge
Ia there anything abnormal we should b worried abt

Mostly these endometrial and endocervical polyps are benign . So need not to worry . But yes confirmation is by histopathological examination . So you must wait for the HPE report and follow up thereafter
