Hypothyroidsm and pregnancy
Hii i am a pregnant of approximatly 9 weeks. i am using thyronorm of 100 mg before preganacy, as my thyroid levels were 0.1 (below normal) doctor suggested to reduce to dose to 50 mg and again check for thyroid levels after 15-20 days, as per her suggestion i have done the same, unfortunately my tsh levels rised to 18.49..( just wiithin 20 days)...if i again use 100 mg .will it be helpful .??.and i know hypothyroidsm causes severe problem to fetus does this 20 days affects a lot to my baby..

You should restart thyronorm 100 as the dose of thyroxine increases in pregnancy as compared to prepregnancy requirements . your tsh should be below 2.5 during pregnancy in first trimester and below 3 in second n third trimester
