Hypothyroidism - now TSH=0 - no period
I had hypothyroidism and the doctor gave me medication of 50mg. He then increased the weekend dosage to 75mg. Last month I also stopped the birth control pills. I was supposed to have my period 4 days ago so I did have pregnancy blood test and TSH examination and it came out negative and my TSH dropped to 0. Can this cause a period delay?

Regardless of whether low TSH can delay your periods or not you should reduce the dose of Thyroxin to 50 and then retest after 6 weeks.
