Hello i am dr rajeev i have a marriage offer but the girl has hypothyroidism she is currently taking 75 microgram thyroxine from one year and now tsh is 15 i am worried will it create complications in pregnancy in future i donot want any risk should i accept the offer or reject it plz help me

Hypothyroidism isnt difficult to manage. With slight increase in doses she would have normal thyroid function. Just to be on safer side to check her TSH before planning to conceive and to monitor it during pregnancy.
