Hi, Thyroid dose requirements increase during pregnancy..and TSH should be maintained in optimal range below 2.,5 to 3 during pregnancy period. Dose adjustment is advised monthly atleast until 8th month of pregnancy..so please consult an endocrinologist for the appropriate dose adjustment.
