Hypothioridism
My TSH is 12.051 doctor suggest for ultrasound after ultrasound my right lobe of thyroid gland is normal in size and shows multiple cystic lesions with few of them showing echogenic specks-within collid cyst and left lobe thyroid gland is atrophic and measures 10*9*7 doctor say take medicine thyroxine 50mg is curable by medicine or any other method, is it normal case or rare case please advice what would be the best treatment ?

For hypothyroidism you will need to take the thyroxin for life long. But for cysts it's better if you get FNAC done
