Hypoplastic nasal bone
I am 35 .second pregnancy .during 12th week NT scan unossified nasal bone .High risk in double marker.Went amniocentesis in 16th week .Fish n detailed report is normal .gynecologist n genetic counsellor said report is normal dont worry .but even in 20th weeks scan nasal bone is still hypoplastic .I am terrified tensed .(first child 5.3 yrs old normal )

As the amniocentesis is normal, there's no chance of it being Down's syndrome. Get a fetal echo done. If that is normal, nothing to be done for now, the pediatrician will see after delivery.
