Hypoechoic cystic lesion and missed peri

Asked for Male, 11 Years

My wife aged 43 was expecting her periods on 11th October but there were no periods till 17th October. We tested home pregnancy kit and it was negative. Today on 27th October 2020 we did ultrasound report and report is as follows- Hypoechoic cystic lesions of 26×35mm s/o Hameorrhagic cyst (Right overy). Report is attached herewith for your reference. Rest of whole abdominal study is normal Please guide we are highly worried
