However, Neo-Mercazole (carbimazole) is used for hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) — not hypothyroidism. If you truly have hypothyroidism, you should be on Thyroxine (Eltroxin/Thyronorm) instead, as Neo-Mercazole can worsen your condition.

It is hyperthyroidism..you haven’t mentioned the frequency in which you are taking the medication per day..needs further investigation like thyroid scintigraphy..

its not Hypothyroidism its hyperthyroidism it was started recently so continue those mediactions and repeat TFT after 3 months
