Hypertension n migraine
Hello, I was diagnosed with hypertension n migraine, with high heart rate. Doctor prescribed tazloc 40 and ciplar la 20. My legs and ankles have mild pitting and sometimes with mild dizziness and when the sweep my home my head rate goes to 163bpm. And also I had 3 panic attacks.
Doctor said me NOT to do rigorous exercises.
Plz suggest
Do I have a cardio issues of any type???
