Hypertension
I have hypertension since last 4 years and also tachycardia. So was on Dilzem CD 120 . But recently BP gone up and 2 weeks back my dose was adjusted to Dilzem CD 120 one in the morning Dilzem CD 120 one in night But because BP was still 150/100 Added telma 20 also one in afternoon. Now average bp is 130/90 or sometimes 130/95. Today morning bp was 110/89 So systolic pressure got low this much for first time. Can I continue all the 3 medicines as usual? A little worried if the systolic pressure will go too low. Hoping for some suggestions.

Your BP is acceptable. You should not worry about a systolic BP of 110. It is well within the acceptable range.
