I am using Telma 40 + Cilndipine 10 mg + Metoprolol 50 mg . for last 7 days now I was told to use Telma 40 + Cilndipine 10 mg + Metoprolol 25 mg. what is the effect. as I was getting slow hear rate about 50 pulse/minute .
