I am 28 yrs of age. However i experience a high bp like 160/90 my doctor prescribed telvas am. Is telvas safe as i have heard that bp medicine has a side effects on kidneys? is it safe to take this medicine at this age?

If you are diagnosed as hypertensive then you need to take medicine. High BP can affect kidneys. Please show to Cardiologist to evaluate your BP in this early age.
