Hello doctor, I'm facing high blood pressure in the range of 130/83 to 145/90 . I've changed my diet plan and started doing yoga . So I've a question that should I start my medication or just doing change in my diet and doing more exercise and yoga .
And I've one more question that I've acidity problem also ,so can this is the cause of my high blood pressure or not.
So , kindly give me the best tips , I'll be very thankful to you.
