Hypertension at young age
I am 26, male and have been taking hypertension medicine for almost 2 years now. 2 years back, my b.p. maximally went to 160/100 due to which my treatment was started. I am obese, have anxiety issues and followed a sedentary lifestyle. I am ready to do my best to get healthy. Is it possible to get rid of medicine?
