Hypertension and high heart rate
Hello, Doctor has prescribed  prolomet am 50mg and ivabrad 5mg morning and night. Morning took the tablets, night checked the bp, it was normal befre taking night tablets. Should i take night tablets also? Will it cause low bp and low heart rate because the bp and heart rate was normal befre taking tablets

Prolomet Am is for BP and heart rate control which will bring back ur bp to normal..Ivabrad is only heart rate reducing drug the dose of which is twice a day. It will not decrease ur blood pressure. So even though ur BP is normal u have to consume it twice daily.

Please keep the record for 2-3 days Your BP is now normal because you are taking tablets If BP remains normal you can wean off tablets
