Hypertension and chest pain
Myself 22 yrs age recently suffering from occasional chest pain and tightness in chest. My BP is also becoming very high. Around 140/96. My weight is 87 kg. I am suffering from severe breathlessness sometimes. Plz guide me about treatment.

The BP is slightly higher so please take electrocardiogram(ecg) and send the report to me, meanwhile you can take tablet metoprolol XL 12.5 milligram 2 times daily please send the message after the ecg for the review Regards

Hello, I need more information about your symptoms. Does not seem primarily heart related at this age. Still I suggest get your ECG ECHO and TMT done and report. Take care
