Hyperopia and accomoditive esotropia
My son is 3 year old. He has +4.5 number on both the eyes. He has 25 prism diopter squint without glasses. He is wearing glasses now and squint is quite more visible without glasses. Do he need to wear glasses throught the life to straight his eyes or it will improve? What i can do to fix this

The single most step you have to follow kindly advise him to wear glasses for the whole day continuously so that squint will not increase.. regular 3 month eye check up by squint specialist is mandatory…
