About one year ago I did a squat with a bar. I lost the grip, and it the 80kg ended up on the top of my fingers, then the hyperextension. I continued for 3 months, but suddenly I couldn't move my hand. Now 11 months later I still have this pain. I have seen an orthopedic surgeon. I had a keyhole surgery, but he ended up with nothing. "Your wrist is completely normal. I had X-ray and MRI of my wrist, but it showed nothing. Is it normal to still have this pain even 11 months later? I can't use it
