Hyperacute T waves in anterior leads
Hello Doctor, I am sharing my husband’s ECG report with you. The impression shows sinus rhythm with hyperacute T waves in anterior leads, without reciprocal changes. He is 26 years old, non-smoker, no history of diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol. He is also not experiencing any chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or other cardiac symptoms at the moment. Could you please advise whether this finding is significant and if further tests (like repeat ECG, troponin, or echo) are needed urgently?
