Get a laparoscopy done and get the hydrosalphinx removed as it decreases the pregnancy rate both naturally as well as by Ivf. If the other tube is ok u can try IUI. But generally iui success rate is 20% and the chances further decrease as your age increases and as the duration of your married life increases beyond 3 years. Also tubal disease is usually bilateral and the chances of other tube being affected is more when one tube has hydrosalphinx. Laparoscopy will give a clear picture and will help you decide the further course.
