Hydronephrosis both foetal kidneys
Sir, My Wife 21 weeks USG report RPD lenth both Right & left kidney is 10 mm & 11 mm  & Now 28 weeks USG sacan report is showing RPD lenth Right & Left kidney is 8.5 mm & 8.7mm . Report also contained pin hole appearance (PUV?). Now at this time (28weeks) Weight of the baby is 1158 gm & Liquor is adequate without echoes & Rest of all part of the report is normal . We are all very worried about that hydronephrosis term , Sir kindly reply that is it normal & going to be solved before delivery? Or something surgery Needed after delivery ? Thank You sir . Waiting for reply.

During 2 nd trimester if RPD >10 mm is an indication for further workup and intervention. At present baby needs observation after delivery and based on that further investigation necessary. Don't worry
