It's better to avoid posture correction belt since you are not using your muscles. Since some of your muscles are tight and some are wear you get back to normal posture. You can't keep straightening yourself you have to learn right exercises. Please consult online for these exercises...you do not necessarily have to visit any physiotherapy clinic.

Reason for stoop posture is weak upper and lower back muscles. You should strengthen your muscles in turn you will to maintain straight posture. You should do the strengthening exercises for atleast 1 year for best results. You should consult a physiotherapist for upper and lower back strengthening exercises.

Hi, As a breastfeeding mother , you may have tendency to lean forward looking at your child. To have that touch , you can hold the hands of your child for motherly touch but don't bend or look downward. This may develop bad posture also straining your neck and back muscles. You need to strengthen your muscles. No need of using any belt.
Next Steps
You can contact me through Practo. I will teach you exercises through online consultation.
