Sir /mam i had unprotected intercourse before 8years ago after 8year i have tested all stds all comes negative only worry about cervical cancer. negative thoughts are coming plz help me doctor I am trying for baby.. Is Cervical cancer symptoms dormant for 8 to 9 year I am living in village side I can't go for test. Plzzz help me

Hello madam…Dont worry about cervical cancer as it wont be dormant and stay quiescent for years together…But there is no role of HPV vaccine at this age especially after sexual intercourse to prevent cervical cancer…You can get a PAP SMEAR test and gyenacologist opinion for examination if you are worried about your cervical cancer disease status
