HSV2 IgG equivocal result
Doctor, I had red rashes and pain on urination and I took HSV2 IgG test, and got 16.6 result. They said negative is <16, borderline is 16 to 22 and positive is >22. I took acyclovir and my symptoms have subsided. Do I have herpes? What further tests can I do? Thanks

Depends on the values of reports. Better to see the report once. In case of equivocal results, we repeat the test and see the results again.
