  4. Hsg findings. Could that be possible?

I have had an ectopic pregnancy 4 years ago during which the doctor had to perform a laproscopic right salpingectomy. I have got an HSG done recently which showed that both fallopian tubes are normal and free spilling of dye. How could that be possible?
