HSG evaluation
I had an ectopic pregnancy left tube in June 2023 treated with methotrexate. Waited for 3 months and started trying to conceive again from Sep 2023. Tried for 5 months and went to doctor as I did not conceived. Doctor asked me to do HSG test to check if tubes are good. I did and dye spilled out from both the tubes nicely and they said it is a normal HSG test and continue trying for few more months. After 20 days they called me and said doctor is suspecting that there might be some adhesion around the left tube and I should go to a laparoscopic surgery to check around the tube and fix if anything is wrong. I want to know how critical is to go for a laparoscopic procedure or I can go ahead and continue my trails. AMH levels are high this is indicative of pcos In Pcos patients the only way to check ovarian function would be antral  follicular volume on D2 of your periods More  films of HSg are required it is not show transperitoneal migration of the dye Yes you should proceed with laparoscopy
