HS CRP and Homocysteine
Hs CRP is 1.03 and Homocysteine is 16.2 how bad is this I'm 33 years old male and obese. I am taking Telisartan for hypertension. My Total lipid level is under 150 with LDL under 100. My TMT came normal and echo shows mild LVH. Apart from that I have had CT coronary angiography 8-9 months back which shows no significant stenosis with 0 calcium score. Lately I for last 3-4 days I have been feeling dizzy and have hard time climbing stairs, chest pain after covid spells. D Dimer is 0.27. What is the reason ? Am I at the risk of CVD ?
