The dose is 20 international unit per kg so you have to give 360 international unit on day0.. that is on the day of dog bite..
if somehow it it is not possible to give on day zero then you can give as soon as possible between day zero to day 7
Your treating pediatrician will decide whether to give rabies immunoglobulin or not and he will take care of the dose because different types are available now. So meet him/her and clear your doubts.
