What is the risk after getting 2 HRCT thorax scans with a gap of 1.5 years ? Why people say that you can get health issues after a decade or two.

No issues. But avoid self prescription. Any investigation should be done under clinician guidance. If ur pathological condition requires repeated CT prescribedby ur clinician,  u shd go for it.

Not much issues.pl do not take Hrct, unless indicated.pl consult  pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.

hrct are high radiation cts..not to be done routinely..so consult your pulmonologist before going for one
