I have been having chest pain since 7 months all the cardiac test are normal .. consulted 3 Cardiologist they all said everything is normal related to heart but but suggested to do HRCT CHEST becoz the chest pain was still there... There was some findings in the report please explain is it very serious as I am very much worried
1. SUBCENTRIMETRIC CALCIFIED MEDIASTINAL LYMPHADENOPATHY.
2. VISUALISED SECTIONS OF ABDOMEN SHOWS 5 MM CALCULUS IN LUMEN OF GALL BLADDER, WALL THICKNESS NORMAL S/O CHOLELITHIASIS WITHOUT ANY SIGNS OF CHOLECYSTITIS
Please reply with ur answer as I m very much worried...

suggestive healed benign condition. It’s not suggestive of Malingnanacy. No need to worry.
For cholelithiasis 5mm- it’s is most common incidental finding. No need to worry about it. If u are want can monitor annually or once in 2 years with USG

Can you please mention in which part of chest you are having the pain
And is the pain continuous ? Is it having any factors that increases or decreases it ?
